Margaret (Peggy) Gold is the director of the Library. She started working at Moore County Public Library, July of 1995. She then became the Director in August of 2003. She is very active in the community working as a Board member of Moore Care, a non-profit organization that provides school supplies to low income families. She is also the co-founder of Santa Stocking Stuffers, an "Angel Tree" program, which provides gifts and food to the needy families of Moore County. "Miss Peggy" serves on the Imagination Library Board for Moore County.  She is an active fce member. She and her husband since 1976 have four daughters, two sons-in-law, and six grandchildren. 

Betsy Anderson is the Assistant Director. She joined the library staff on as clerk on Sept 1, 2010 and became assistant in June of 2011. "Miss Betsy" is in charge of our programs both in house and outreach. She maintains our cataloge and processes our Inter Library Loans.

Judy Williams is the circulation clerk. She came to the library through the South Central Human Resource Agency Title V Mature Workers Program in November 2011. She is a valuable asset to our staff.

Michelle Barnett is a part time Adult Librarian and joined the library in August of 2011. She is a Tennesseee Tech educatoin major. She maintains our overdues, Facebook page and monthly calendar, as well as assisting patrons with their needs.

Cheryl Eason is a part time Children's Librarianand joined the library staff in June of 2012. Cheryl's duties include signage and bulliten boards. She also assist our patrons with their needs.
